Shipping Policy We ship 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday. All orders are shipped one business day after recieved. Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped Monday of the next week. Warranty Policy We offer a warranty for damaged items that is valid for 30 days, starting on the day the item was shipped. Damaged Item Return Policy If an item is found to be damaged, Baalart will refund the client with a store coupon that can be used to purchase a new item. To validate the warranty, the client must ship the item back to Mexico, where Baalart will verify the reported damage. Once the damage is confirmed, Baalart will notify the client and issue the corresponding coupon. The coupon will be valid for 3 months after the issuing date and can be used to purchase a new item of the same value as the damaged piece. No cash refunds will be granted. Baalart will assume all of the costs associated with the shipping and handling of both the damaged item and the newly selected piece.
